Yes, the program is 100% online and you will not need to schedule appointments! Your Zealthy medical provider will review your intake and determine the best weight loss treatment plan, which may include GLP-1 medication. You will be matched to a coach who you can message with in our secure portal any time.
Some but not all medications will be included in your membership. For example, while medications like metformin are included, GLP-1 medication is not. However, as a Zealthy Weight Loss member, you will have a coordination team dedicated to getting insurance coverage for your medication so you can pay as little as $25 per month (co-pay) for appropriately prescribed medications like Zepbound, Mounjaro, Ozempic, or Wegovy. Additionally, as a Zealthy Weight Loss member, you’ll have access to compound semaglutide, the main active ingredient in Wegovy and Ozempic, and compound tirzepatide, the main active ingredient in Mounjaro and Zepbound, for as little as $151/month including shipping.

Zepbound™ and Wegovy® are FDA-approved for weight loss. Ozempic® and Mounjaro® are FDA-approved for type 2 diabetes treatment, but may be prescribed off-label for weight loss at a healthcare provider’s discretion. As an alternative to FDA-approved branded products, where appropriate, a provider may prescribe a compounded drug that is effective when prescribed off label for weight loss. Zealthy-sourced compounded drugs are prepared by a state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy, however compounded GLP-1 medications themselves are not FDA-approved. Getting your medication
Once your insurance details are sorted out and your provider has reviewed your request for semaglutide or tirzepatide, it typically takes 2-7 business days for the pharmacy to process your order and ship it to you via 2-Day shipping.
Most members receive their Rx 2-9 business days after their provider has provided their treatment plan (if approved).
